Sparkx is the place where sports, entertainment, and technology meet. As Europe’s largest sportainment park (with locations in Antwerp, Hasselt, and Ghent in Belgium, among others), we challenge young and old to discover over 50 sports through the latest technologies. In the second half of 2026, Sparkx will open its first park in the Netherlands in Utrecht.

As an innovative and fast-growing company within the sportainment sector, we are looking for a driven hospitality manager who wants to commit to our ambitious mission and grow alongside our organization.

Responsibilities

As a Zone Leader, you are at the helm of your park zone and have final responsibility for top-tier operational quality. You define ambitious goals regarding operations and the guest experience, and ensure they are achieved.

• The Perfect Customer Experience: You guarantee a flawless and consistent experience standard for every guest. Your zone excels in order, cleanliness, and the seamless operation of all sports attractions.
• Unconditional Safety (Non-Negotiable): You bear the ultimate responsibility for a safe environment within Sparkx. You do this proactively through the strict follow-up of inspections, maintenance schedules, and action plans resulting from risk analyses.
• Team and Staff Management: You ensure efficient staff planning that seamlessly aligns with the expected customer flow. You get the freedom to recruit, coach, and maximally develop your own team.
• Hands-on Leadership: You are the living example for your team. You motivate them by actively working on the floor, allowing you to keep your finger on the pulse while simultaneously establishing a culture of high performance and quality.

You are employed at Sparkx Utrecht and report directly to the Park Leader.
