  • Can I eat in the park?

    Recharge after your sports activities? poil your taste buds and health in our culinary zone at Sparkx. Sparkx has its own Eeetwellconcept. This food concept brings the best of nature to your plate. Feel like indulging after a sweat session? We got your back. Sit back, relax, and unwind with a bag of chips and a local beer at our Sportbar.

  • Can I bring my own food and drinks into the park?

    No, you can purchase food and drinks within the park. But be sure to bring your own water bottle. You can refill it at our free water fountains Or buy one of our sustainable and trendy “Sparkx by Kambukka” drinking bottles.

  • Can I bring my own empty drink bottle into the park?

    Of course! You can refill your water bottle as much as you want at our free fountains.

  • How much do meals cost in the park?

    At Sparkx, we love to inspire you with healthy bites. Curious? Check out the full price list.

  • Can I eat my meals anywhere in the park?

    No can do. To keep the park tidy, we ask you to eat in the culinary zone. Alternatively, you can take away a meal and eat it outside the sportainment complex.

  • Is alcohol allowed?

    Sparkx promotes a healthy lifestyle But who are we to say you can’t enjoy a local beer after your workout session? That’s why we offer a limited selection of alcoholic beverages.

Practical Information

  • Are all sports experiences open?

    At certain times, we rotate the availability of our sports experiences For example, Hado may be closed for half an hour while Core Stability is open, and vice versa. We aim to keep this to an absolute minimum.

    Sports experiences with a green sticker and green frame can be operated without assistance from a Sparkx staff member, so you can always enjoy them.

    The following sports experiences are currently under maintenance: boxing, skating.

  • Can I wear earphones or headphones while I’m exercising?

    This depends on the sport. For safety reasons, it may not be allowed at every attraction.

  • Can I safely store my belongings at Sparkx?

    If you have valuables with you store them for free in our lockers at the entrance

  • Where can I change clothes?

    Haven’t put on your sportiest clothes yet? Feel free to change in our changing rooms.

  • Can I shower at Sparkx?

    Our four private showers are free for all Sparkx visitors. On the fourth floor, you’ll find a shower for wheelchair users.

  • Do I need to bring a towel?

    It’s not mandatory, but we recommend it especially if you plan to shower here.

  • Is there a map of the park?

    Check our online Sparkx-map. Alternatively, pick up a physical map in the park to find the quickest route to your favorite attraction.

  • Is there a maximum number of visitors allowed?

    No one likes waiting in long lines. To ensure you have a great experience, we operate with a maximum capacity. However, we cannot guarantee that you won’t have to queue for our most popular experiences. Couldn’t try a certain attraction? Be sure to come back for another round of Sparkx.

  • Do I have to queue for the sports experiences?
    Depending on the park’s capacity, you may need to queue at some attractions.
    Additionally, some attractions are alternately open during off-peak times. his will be indicated at the entrance gate. Please wait at the gate or feel free to approach a staff member.
