As Europe’s largest sportainment park (with locations in Antwerp, Hasselt, and Ghent in Belgium, among others), we challenge young and old to discover over 50 sports through the latest technologies. In the second half of 2026, Sparkx will open its first park in the Netherlands in Utrecht.

As an innovative and fast-growing company within the sportainment sector, we are looking for a driven hospitality manager who wants to commit to our ambitious mission and grow alongside our organization.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership & Customer Experience: You are responsible for the entire operation of the reception and Food & Beverage (F&B) zone in the park. You set ambitious goals with the ultimate customer experience as your compass.
• Event Coordination: You coordinate all events and teambuilding activities, ensuring that agreements are strictly met. You are the central pivot in the communication between suppliers, the sales team, and operational teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Quality and Food Safety Guarantee : You safeguard the customer experience by ensuring order, cleanliness, and smooth operations. Together with the F&B supervisor, you strictly monitor compliance with HACCP guidelines. You take zero risks when it comes to food safety; this is an absolute priority.
• Financial Management: You closely monitor the financial parameters. This includes inventory management, COGS, and revenue within the F&B department, as well as cash counts and safe management for the reception.
• Guest Experience & Feedback Management: You ensure an optimal experience in the welcome zone and strive for 100% guest satisfaction. You analyze visitor feedback and proactively translate it into concrete improvement actions.
• Team Management & Staff Planning: You create a staff schedule that is always aligned with the customer flow. You get the opportunity to recruit, coach, and develop your own team of 6 permanent employees and approximately 60 students. You are a motivating example for your team by actively working on the floor and demonstrating both your commitment and your high standards.
